Fees and Commission Structure

Villas al Sol’s services are entirely free of charge to the buyer.

We do not charge clients any fees, whether upfront, fixed, or hidden.
Our fee is paid by the seller or, in some cases, shared with the listing agency as part of a commission agreement.

Commitment and Payment Terms

When a client verbally confirms their intention to work with Villas al Sol, this is treated as a commitment
to proceed with us as their buyer’s representative.

However:

You will never be charged by Villas al Sol, regardless of the outcome.
If you choose not to purchase a property or the transaction does not proceed, you owe us nothing.
Villas al Sol only receives payment if and when a property sale completes, and only from the seller’s side.

This ensures our full motivation to achieve a successful outcome for you—without risk or obligation.
