Caroline Bjälstam is the founder and licensed buyer’s agent—also known as a buying agent—at Villas al Sol. She is a registered API (Agente de la Propiedad Inmobiliaria Nº 1197), member of RAICV 0122 and part of the board of COAPI in Alicante. Caroline combines her background in banking and real estate to guide clients through Spanish property transactions with professionalism and transparency. She understands the needs of foreign buyers, having worked with multiple clients relocating from abroad.
